The Society for Commercial and Financial Law is a Swiss Association which aims to carry out and enable commercial law and financial market research for further education. Neither commercial purposes are pursued nor is profit sought. It is planned to hold a conference on an annual basis and to publish a selection of outstanding contributions in a yearbook by Verlag DIKE. This yearbook will be available "open access" in order to address a wide audience. The founding event 2022 Conference on Sustainability in Commercial and Financial Law was dedicated to sustainability in all its commercial and financial market law facets. The topic is deliberately broadly defined in order to offer a podium for as diverse contributions as possible from both science and practice. We look forward to expanding the Society to include additional events, publications, and projects in the future.
